✅ Refunds & Replacements Are Available If:

You received the wrong item
🔸 Note: To claim a refund or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 7 days of delivery.
❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:

The product has been used or consumed

The 7-day window has passed without a valid claim
🔁 Return Shipping Policy:

We cover all return and replacement shipping costs

No charges if your order is prepaid or above ₹500

A flat ₹50 shipping fee is applicable otherwise
